At Vemora, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging with tags intact.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Items that are not eligible for return include:
- Gift cards
- Personalized/customized products
- Items marked as final sale
- Used, damaged, or washed products

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Cancellation Policy
